I found Murphys to be great. I work in fashion and with fabrics all day and I have used them many times. They are experts and I trust them with everything from silk shirts to heave wool cost.. also good prices as a bonus!

Had an expensive pair of pants to be mended and cleaned .Took in on Wednesday and pick up to be following Monday .Went to collect ,not done .Promised they would be done by the following day .Went it not done and the same occurred the following !! Took the pants to another cleaner and done within 24 hours .Will never go back .New owners are crap

Did not read the care instructions on a $350 top which is now ruined. Dropped pants off the the same time to have a hole patched only to return home with the pants days later with the hole still. I called up to explain this and he said sorry he forgot to tell me they couldn't fix it and then he hung up. He was completely rude and took no accountability for the top being ruined also. Now I'm $350 in the red as the top can't be worn.
