Dr Noel brown should have his license taken- laughed when reporting symptoms of mental health. Challenged everything I said and didn’t even listen to me. Told me I was wrong and declined even writing MHCP until I basically forced him. I made a complaint and THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE. He lied about the whole thing and denied everything he said to cover himself. Actually disgusting treatment and he is a liar

Okay I never usually write reviews but the receptionist Tayla is the rudest person ever! My dad had a medical emergency and when calling she was so bitchy and saying we are to busy etc and to go somewhere else. Avoid at all cost! Tayla is the rudests person ever.

Open until 10pm most days and 6pm weekends. Very convenient. Highly recommend Dr Peter Hinchy and Dr Reverente, and a big thanks to nurse Sam and her helpers without which the treatment room would not be the same.

Husband took me here bleeding from a fall on 16/6 at around 6pm, I sat on a chair while he spoke to the sole receptionist on duty. She had a quick glance at me from her chair and declared nonchalantly that I have to wait an hour as there are 9 patients ahead of me. I was in so much pain but had to limp my way back to the car to find another medical centre. For a registered medical practice, this is an appalling way to deal with a medical emergency.

Not recommended , service and wait time is appalling two hours to see a GP, staff are to busy socialising or getting coffee to service patients

Our family goes here quite often. Myself and my son get seen to pretty quickly. Dr Hinchey and Dr Alla are wonderful!!

Picked my daughter up from daycare one late evening and she had a bit of a chesty cough. Went here and was seen pretty much straight away and the doctor was fantastic and lovely. Great for when our normal doctor isn't working.

Bulk billing and open until 10pm. Its great when you have to see the doctor at last minute when you cannot get an appointment with your normal doctor. You can either see a doctor who you request or you can wait for the first available. Waiting times will vary but it depends on what time you go down there. Staff are friendly and the waiting area is great, there is also a tv to watch while your waiting.
