MW homes have done a fabulous job with our bathroom. We had the old bathroom floor lowered to bedroom level due to a sunken spa that was removed. Chris and his team did an incredible job matching architraves, door frames and skirting boards to 19 year old existing ones. Any requests we had were never a problem, with all workers being accommodating and respectful of the premises. All the specialists knew their stuff, with great lighting and plumbing placement. From the first day, the team were on site every day. Great management of the project resulted in the job being completed a few days early. A text from Chris the evening before letting us know what was happening the next day was much appreciated.

This was the first renovation I have ever done, and MW Homes made the process one I would contemplate undertaking again - contrary to the expectations generated by many friends based on their renovation experIences.
My job, was very extensive - pulling down walls, putting in beams; relocating and replacing a kitchen and new bathrooms and a laundry; complicated further by my choice of rounded benches and bullnose edges to shelves etc. Unfortunately the cabinet maker let them down badly (and they have since changed cabinet makers!) and they spent a lot of time and energy correcting issues that arose as a result. At every turn, Mark, Chris, Dan and ALL of his crew were happy to do what ever it took to achieve the right outcome. Everyone of the trades that worked on the job, were professional, extremely courteous, respectful, and clean and tidy and good humoured.
Despite the extensive cabinetry delays, true to their word, MW Homes were out on the afternoon of the contracted date, allowing me to unpack and properly settle back into my 'new' home just 10 weeks post start date.
I have already recommended MW Homes to two different friends and a neighbour who enquired about my experience.

The team of MW Homes are all “humans” and not “ET” Real people who wanted no matter what to fix an issue that I had with my full bathroom renovation. My The fall in my shower was out approximately a mm and I was trying to suggest solutions that would have save them time and money but Mark and Chris insisted that needed to be done perfectly so not a drop of water would leave my shower base. Thank you SO much everyone, Dave, whom I trusted leaving my open home in his care, Zoltan, the man of all trades, Zarif, excellent tiler, Gavin, who went all the way to fix the duct of my central heating, which had nothing to do with his job in my bathroom renovation, Atta the painter, gentle giant, Steve the electrician and a gentleman, Richard, Neil, you are all great. I had a specific vision for my bathrooms design. I wanted to create a bathroom that blended some of its original Art Deco features with modern conveniences and MW Homes brought my ideas and vision to life. The space was small but they were considerate and worked efficiently and were happy to meet all our needs. Renovating a 5 bed-room 1980th house can be stressful but MW Home just made it easy and seamless for us. Chris, our site manger was always responsive with any of our questions or requests, and did an amazing job to keep the site tidy and organised!!! I went with MW Homes upon recommendation from a friend - what a great choice. I was very impressed with how the team operated and delivered a fantastic outcome. MW Homes renovated a really tiny ensuite in an apartment block. Clearing the demolition rubbish wasn't easy but everything was cleared and cleaned very efficiently and effectively. MW Homes renovated our dated bathroom in a unit built in the 1960’s. Given this was our first renovation experience, we were initially anxious however from day one the organisation and communication allayed our concerns.

All trades were friendly, communicable, hardworking and most importantly, produced quality workmanship. At times we felt MW homes went beyond what was expected and this was appreciated.

I have read through some of the comments left on this WOMO web page, as did my wife when we first started looking for a suitable builder to carry out the renovations to our ensuite and bathroom. We had 2 companies tender the work and both had similar experience in Bathroom renovations. However Marks procedures on how he proposed to rectify the structure problems we knew existed in our home, helped us make the selection of builder to carry out the project for us. His price was competitive but overall the professional approach and excellent reviews made MW Homes a standout choice. He started the work on time and completed the project on the day originally estimated. Each and every one of his tradesman and specialist contractors without exception, were a pleasure to have in our home. Great care was taken to cover the floors and control the dust and dirt generated with a project like this. Having been an electrical contractor for 40 years with a workforce of 20 staff I know the amount of effort that goes into building a team of tradesmen that consider the client’s wishes and instructions in the same manner as the business owner. Mark and his team (Chris, Ata, Glen, Ben, Victoria and others) are thorough professionals. The communication was prompt and professional.

They are not the most inexpensive renovators, but the quality of work is very high. They also accommodated some of our requests as they arose and worked with us to meet our tight timelines as well.

We had a large bathroom in a CBD apartment renovated. I don't live in Melbourne so trusted mark and the team to do everything including picking the tapware and vanity.
One of the reasons we renovated was because the spa leaked into the apartment under us. The team also liased with that owner and fixed up the damage.
All in all they did a splendid job - on time and without any problems and always helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

I came across MW Homes by accident and I'm so glad I did.

I made contact for a quote to completely re-do our very peach/cream 90's bathroom and I had the quote in my inbox within a few days. I'm still waiting for others companies to reply to my emails from January!

After some deliberation with other quotes, my gut kept telling me to go with Mark and the team. Yes, they were several thousand dollars more than other quotes but Mark impressed me with his knowledge, advice, and professionalism from the start. As this was our first renovation, I felt I could trust them to manage the overhaul from start to finish, organising & schedule the required tradesmen, and do a quality job.

Once we locked in the start date, Mark was very patient with all my questions when I couldn’t decide on tiles, fittings, etc. And once the work started, Chris took over the project management with the same level of professionalism. The reno completed ahead of time in 11.5 days (excluding weekends, Easter and Anzac Day) – pretty quick if you ask me!

I selected MW Homes based on these reviews and agree with all of the comments about the professionalism of the team, the impressive organisation and the quality of the finished product. We had a tight window to renovate our bathroom between returning from holidays and Easter and it was done with a day to spare in less than 3 weeks. This is a testament to great organisation with trades coming when needed and no down time. Chris was a fabulous project manager, always available to reply to texts if there were things that needed to be clarified and letting us know who would be there and when each day. They all worked in well with our marble supplier who put in the benchtop and the final result is superb.
