I 'm not a cyclist I was looking for some bike tape for my stroller/ pram handles where the rubber was coming off. They were extremely helpful!

I needed my road bike urgently looked at, I had travelled from interstate & mucked up the gears during the unpacking and reassembling process.
I spoke to Jason on the phone to see if he could look at it for me, he asked me to bring the bike in for him to check it over. This was on Saturday afternoon, He basically dropped everything to sort me out- this fellow is the real deal when it comes to bike knowledge.

May I say if you ever felt dissapointed about your experience at a bike shop, do yourself the biggest favour and see Jas and the Team. No BS straight as you can get and honest. They will talk you out of spending money on stuff you don't need, great service and parts pricing including wheelsets tough to beat.

Everyone working here seems to have a great passion for their work and Bikes.
They were very helpful in answering all my questions about Push Bikes.
Overall it was just great to be looked after in that store.
