Omg , this is Dr Ruben’s (stop) favourite word… he is extremely rude and has the worst bed side manner, I work in a hospital and don’t treat pt’s like he does… he breached pt confidentiality by sharing my medical concerns with receptionist. He passed the buck by referring you everywhere else instead of being a good Dr…Dr Ruben needs to go back to med school or find a new job.., so sad,
I left my appointment with DR Reuben Karalasingham today in dismay at what he had said to me at my appointment.
I asked him to look at the Bone Density Report I had done over two years ago. As I said "I think it was....." He then said
"STOP Susan. You are prattling on like you have verbal diarrhoea"!!
NEVER going back He is in the wrong job. That was NOT a good experience as promised in their mission statement.
I have informed my specialist to cease correspondence with him . I will find someone else.
