A big shout out to Denise at Hope Island practice on the front desk,she is always so friendly, courteous and helpful to everyone on the phone or in person ,well done Denise.
After going through 'Close the Gap' at this Hope Island clinic, I needed to get an urgent referral after landing from America, and have my vaccination card uploaded to Medicare. 7 emails were sent, 5 calls were made. Finally, they changed my DOB to my correct DOB, FOUR weeks later. They did not upload my vaccination card as requested and have continued to not respond to my emails. This clinic is so bad that it makes me miss American healthcare. Save yourself the time and headache, and go anywhere but here. The neglect of care this clinic has shown is deplorable.
