Rupi and his sidekick were amazing today. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional and nothing was a problem for them. They phoned ahead to say they were on their way, and scouted out each room to see that task at hand. They also moved our piano with care and respect. Despite the rain we had and at times, quite heavy, the men worked so hard and never stopped. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again if needed in the future! Thank you so much :) (price was for 5hr, including moving the piano and a small ‘stairs fee’.)

Rupi and his helper helped us move from our ground floor 2 bedroom unit in Northcote to our new first floor apartment in Elwood in under 3 hours. Rupinder is a really good professional removalist with good customer handling skills. He understood my requirement quickly & offered me a reasonable amount for his service. We booked My Mate movers to move our house from Glen Huntly to Glen Waverley on 8th May, and what an experience we had with Rupinder and other staff.

Dot on time arrival, not even a single minute was wasted, courteous, respectful and for a moment I was wondering that even I would not have handled my stuff more carefully than them,

We were late in arrival to new property and surprisingly when we arrived, they had already started unloading the stuff without killing any precious time (which they easily could have)
