To begin with, I experienced wonderful, friendly service and extremely prompt replies to queries.
I needed to get a dress altered, so I sent Aggie some photos. She gave me an obligation-free quote that I was happy with, and I took the dress to her. She explained the different options for taking it in, how they differed in technique and price, and recommended the cheaper one (two fairly significant darts down the back) because she thought it would be good for what I wanted - she was right.
When I came to pick up the dress Aggie made sure I tried it on in case it wasn't right or in case I had any problems - it was perfect. If I didn't know the dress had been altered, I wouldn't be able to tell - the seams were perfectly integrated into the dress, and she left the extra fabric in there (not that you can see it), so I would be able to have it taken out again if I wanted.
I will keep going to My Perfect Fit for as long as I keep living in Melbourne, and happily recommend it.

She completed beautiful work that I feel really honours the original design of my dress and her patience in wanting to make sure I was 100% happy at our final fitting was all a part of her outstanding customer service. I am now going to bring my future husband and my mother to Aggie for alterations to their outfits for the big day!
