I shop here on regular basis. One thing I found frustrating was the range of product in store. Staff excellent in home and electricL know their products. I find out recently that they have started using iPads in the stores. So if I want something not stocked in Bankstown I can still purchase and they deliver to me. This is great service for customer to take advantage of. The staff member that help me was only too happy to help me with my purchases where I initially only wanted one sheet set, I ended up ordering three sets seeing I was shown the range that was available to me. I would have walked away after being told stock was sold out in the store this other staff person stopped means ask me what I was after and showed me the ipad service and that I could order what I wanted and get free delivery too. 3 sets of sheets and free delivery to home I'm happy and will come back again for that kind of service.

I shop here when in bankstown, tiny store, has good variety though, one of the better stores for service.
At times I find it too messy in the clothes department.

I went to Myer the other day to buy a dress and the staff were pretty slow in serving people which was quite annoying but I managed to get the dress which was for a great affordable price! I'm loving it.

I love Myer childeren clothes they last forever and they have all the good brand names in this store and the staff are friendly

It is very pricey in Myer . the customer service is reliable and helpful. if you have the money, you're at the right place.

I shop at this store every now and then. Usually I buy cloths. Last time they had a special offer. They offered 10 dollar bonus myer gift card for every 100 dollar gift card purchase. I bought $500 giftcard and received $50 bonus gift card, which was great.

i entered and needed help with the swimmers area (seafolly) andthe customer service was quick, and informational!

The employees are very very helpful in helping you find what you are looking for and they exceed expectations by doing everything in their power too help you. I will go back here to buy my make up next time
