I went in looking for a particular item that I had seen previously, and was also showing as being in stock online. The staff member in the department was very unhelpful and dismissive, and sent me to other areas of the store to look for it. I love MYER and the range they carry but this team member just wanted to be done with his shift and was so unhelpful.

Today I spent nearly a thousand dollars buying my son his first suit, 2 pairs of shoes, jeans, shirts and other stuff. Ravi from Myer menswear, Carindale gave us awesome service. It was like having our own personal shopper. He came with us from suits to shoes to jeans etc, helping us with selections and advice, even taking shoes off the mannequin. Ask for Ravi if you want excellent service. Thanks Ravi

The new look Myer Carindale has practically everything in the one store that you would be looking for. It is a bit overwhelming going there for the first time but definitely a big improvement in terms of the different brands and amount of items for sale

I've always loved going into Myer and purchase a few items.I like how they've redesigned the store, it looks fresh and clean. Service is always friendly and there is usually someone at the counters and the quality is great. They happily except vouchers from magazines where as others would just say no.

I was wanting to purchase a watch but was ignored by the workers who were more concerned about discussing their social lives then helping me out. When I finally got help the lady was less than friendly and acted as if I could not afford the watch and was wasting her time.

For great brands head to Myer Carindale the service is great and they will make you feel like you deserve what ever it is you're buyng.

I have always found the staff very friendly, although sometimes not a lot of them around. I like being able to wander and look without feeling like I am being watched all the time. Their sales are always fabulous. Products are always of good quality. I always feel safe and content shopping at Myers.

Always something new, great staff and friendly service. Always loads of parking and in a great location with easy access. I always have a wonderful shopping experience and home delivery of larger items if necessary. Myer Carindale is a wonderful place to shop.

I feel the layout of the store is not structured very well, it feels a little all over the place.. The floors are noisy.. Overall its ok..

Exceptionally friendly and fast service. Very helpful staff. One staff member went out of his way to fetch a shopping trolly from somewhere in the centre for us, when we were piling everything up in the pram and holding onto the baby.
