i love myer! i buy everything from there! especially my clothes...there such good quality and im always satisfied with what i walk out with but sometimes the price could be a little less if they want to gain customers

Myer is notorious for their customer service and this place is no exception. However what they lack in customer service this store makes up in variety of products available and sales. Every month or so Myer has a Super Saturday Sale, and this is probably one of the best Myer's to go to because its just so big. So many levels and they stock a great variety of products. But the service definitely needs improvement, especially in the clothing section there seems to be just one person at the cashier. And on the weekends it gets extremely busy.

Shopped here today, starting my Christmas shopping early and having had bad service from other myer stores decided to go here for somewhere different.

Seems that its not just 1 or 2 Myer stores that has bad service its all myer stores.
Needed service in Ladieswear/Kids and Menswear to find no service at all.

Bought some shirts in Ladieswear and had to go and find Staff to put it through the register. not great

They did have some really good specials and would of bought more but no service.

Store is clean and has good layout. Big wide fitting rooms

I love Myer in Chatswood- there is a huge range of clothes for the whole family! The shoes are lovely and the mid-season sales are always my favourite time of the year! I have purchased just 2 pair of shoes in the 2 weeks from Myer!

NO people to ask questions. when I was purchasing a dress and blouse, which Ineeded for emergency, the only staff were the other side of the store, near the change rooms. They were trying to help me as much as they could, but did not know the area I had been shopping in. I thought they did enough, but I still had to lug all the clothes I may have wanted to try on over, and they didnt go over and select a different size or make suggestions. For a high level store that is not acceptable really. I spent over $200, so expect more attention.

You can always find bargains and there is always a sale on. Very convenient place to to shop at.

Extensive specials available and extended trading hours makes shopping here a wholly enjoyable experience. Also not to mention the now spectacular boxing day sales are an almost religious event.

Everything you need in one place! I highly recommend it to everybody because it caters to everyone's need-woman, man, child, homewares, entertainment-everything in the one place. Very well staffed and easy to navigate.

Myer chatswood had the best and largest range of good that are available at Myer stores. The sales were fantastic after the xmas period.

notice during the sale season, this place looks so run down, maybe either the staffs are lazy to pick and fix the clothes or not enough staff. Sometimes, I wonder whether this is what they like the customer to perceived. On the other hand, it is always good to come during the sale for the value.
