went to myer to look at cameras and see if they would match a price that i had from ted which there policy says they do but there is always a catch that you cannot use interest free period, it is hard to get a person to come and serve you the pay here counters never have people there to take payment and you usually always have to go around to find somebody to serve you. this is the biggest problem myer has lack of service, the store has just been renovated and looks good, they need to have somebody always on the register and have people serve by other staff, they have big adverts about sales but people leave because there is no service.

Your Myer is beautifully designed and makes you want to walk inside to see all the lovely things you have on display. It feels very classy.

I was looking for a mattress protector in the Manchester dept. at Myer. The department was very busy due to their sale. The salesman was so polite & attentive, he first checked in the storeroom & then proceeded to call another store for me to track down what I needed. He was on hold for ages, all the while letting me know that it was OK & politely giving me great customer service. I was a bit embarrassed with how long he spent on the phone for me at such a busy time, but he could see that the other customers were being attended to and was committed to looking after me. He tracked down what I wanted & asked another store to hold it for me. He made me feel important & just went that little bit further to create a happy customer.

Often kept waiting to pay for goods that have been selected by self service, which is very annoying when members of staff, and there aren't many walking past ignoring you. I often think about going around the corner to David Jones

the lack of staff is probably the only thing that annoys me about this myer, whenever i go, there seems to be either a long queue or there is no one around. apart from this, i think the layout is nice and it has a good range of fashion.

Not too bad but unfortunately lacked in sales staff. No one around to help with service. We also noticed that there was a lack of knowledge as to where items might be found. The lay out of the floors was great - you had the space to move around. Alot of shops tend to put too much around the shop making it hard to look around.
