It was a very enjoyable shopping experience. The staff assisted me with my purchase but did not force the sale.

They're pricey, but they provide a great atmosphere for shopping. I've found the shop assistants helpful.

I bought a significant amount of clothes and underwear from Myer over a span of like 3 weeks and have found that one thing they are lacking is team members. Whilst the service is good if you are the only person in the area, this goes down significantly because they (management) choose to under-staff, putting staff members on edge and resulting in a less enjoyable shopping experience for the customer. However, the staff take their job seriously and are happy to help in whatever way they can!

I shopped at the underwear section & found it quite disappointing. The ladies there seemed to fuss over one other lady but forgot about the rest of the customers. I had 2 young children with me & I didn't have a lot of time to spare & whenever I rang the bell for assistance they would get one garment for me & dash back to the other customer.

I expected good quality products and service from Myer. The service there isn't always great however. There is a good range of nice clothes at Myer, and the atmosphere is classy.
