Where has Myers gone wrong? Service is not at all apparent as one waits and waits to get assistance , or even want to pay for the goods, here or there you see a counter but with no one in attendance and if you find a service desk the attendant is flat out serving but unable to assist and what I remember Myers used to pride itself with their Service , I have totally gone off shopping there and not being nasty but one Customer remarked loudly " there is more action at the City morgue .... I would say the Management either is inept or does not know what they are doing ....For the prices you pay I can assure you you can get the same Quality (Made in China) some where else.....I am not happy shopping at Meyers and waste time lining up. The assistant's who work there are unhappy to as they face the Grumpy customer ... most unfair from Management

I really love this Myer. It's not one of the largest or flashest stores but it has a great range.

I tend to shop in Cue and Review in ladies fashion. The review concesion staff are always friendly.

For my son, I frequent their children's fashion. Unfortunately je's moving up from baby sizing and it's now mpre difficult to buy as they don't stock much past size two in boys. Their baby section is large however.

I also keep an eye on sales upstairs in homewares. They can have some great sales and in this section, I find there to be the very best and most helpful staff.

I used to purchase all my make-up and skin care products from myer but it has become far too costly. I just can't fathom paying double the price, despite the service being great. I now buy these things online as I know my colours.

Great place to shop. I've only been there once, but it was a really fun experience. My friends and I roamed through the makeup section, and the people there were more than happy to help.

Even though a lot of people wait for the sales, I am still impressed with their range of goods. Honestly the service is great, however I think value could be improved some, otherwise nearby competitive stores get the customers. Overall good shopping experience.

Myer Knox has a real shortage of staff, there is never anyone around, especially in mens shoes. The staff that are working there are under pressure due to staff shortages. One the positive, they have some great sales and I picked up many bargains, pity they are so short staffed.

IT WAS LATE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON THERE WERE ONLY 2 SHOP ASSISTANTS HOPELESSLY UNDERSTAFFED-AS A RESULT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ADVICE GIVEN WHEN BUYING A DIGITAL CAMERA-IE-THE MEMORY CARD-WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT MY CAMERA WOULDNT WORK WITHOUT IT

Myer's here has really great and friendly service. regardless of the prices, they alays have someone there to help you out wth your needs. This is really great as at times you do not know if its a good buy, but you are always warmly recommended.

We went to purchase an outfit for my mother and the two ladies helping us were magnificent. They really made my mum feel like she was special. We left with a complete outfit and my mother was even doubting going there in the first place.
