Visted the store today and the womans and teens section looked like a jumble sale.
Clothing was all mixed together which made it impossible to find what we were looking for without having to go through all the racks searching.
The place is disorganised and a complete shambles and mojority of the staff we asked for help didnt have a clue what they were talking about or where anything was.
Such a shame to see the store deteriated like it is

This is a really good department store, I find especially for cosmetics and perfume. Around this time of year (Christmas) they have promotions on brands like Revlon (where you get a bonus gift with purchase). I love the fact that they have testers for all their creams, lotions, cosmetics and perfumes. Myer stock the best brands and you can find anything from clothing to electronics on one of their many levels. I find the customer service here is exceptonal, even on one occassion when I just went in there to pick up a free sample with a voucher from a magazine. Although busy, the lady was super friendly. Also, I have had a complimentary makeover at the Estee Lauder counter (for eyes) which resulted in me making a purchase. They often have sales and currently have old makeup stock and various items going out for half price. A good all-round store and good one-stop shop for your Christmas shopping.

Close to home i usually shop at MYER morley. The staff are friendly in most departments and are helpful. Love the sales. Usually clearance items become 50% off or even 75% sometimes. You just have to be on the look out. Glad MYER stocks well known brands that you can find overseas. Will be going back to buy a watch for my hubby. Fantastic place to shop for gifts galore!
