When shopping here during the week I was trying to make a purchase and found it hard to find an assistant to make payment to. How unsatisfactory and how short sighted for a business to run this way

Went to buy some Christmas decorations, the store had ample stock and most items were on special. I chose my items but then had to walk around the floor for several minutes before I was able to find a payment counter that was being serviced! Definitely room for improvement. This was around 11am on a weekday. I noticed that the payment counters were not clearly identified either, making it difficult to spot them. I have experienced this on previous occasions with this particular store. When I did get served, the service received was very good.

The last time i was in Myer it was 36 degrees and they had the heating on. It was utterly unbearable. I told staff about it and they said they knew and had told management but they hadn't done anything about it yet. We ended up leaving without buying anything as it was far to hot.
The stuff in there is rather expensive and i don't really rate the customer service.

I love Myers. I love the fact that the staff know their products and can really help you with anything. My experiences have always been wonderful. I love their handbag range!

love myers they have review clothing and cue which is ih the higher price range but the quality is great

As with any Myer they have a great variety of stock. The ladies wear section is always a mess which is frustrating for shoppers. Staff aren't overly available for assistance, and waits at checkouts can be long.

the prices are a bit expensive but when they have sales you do get a bargain The staff are a bit slow to come and help you They do have a good range

Myer is a really good shop that provides every day to day day products and fashion. You can buy clothes, lingerie, toys kitchenware and a lot more things there. there are several myer stores over adelaide.

Great service and very helpful staff. When asked a question about the uses, the staff could advise the better choice and what was value for money.

The service from the workers is appalling. They seem so disinterested in helping you in the clothing department, that is if you can even find someone to help you.
