I believe you are doing a good job compare to a lot of other business's around. On the other hand there is still room to improve customer service.

I have always loved shopping in Myer and being a Gold member certainly proves that i shop there often. The one thing they are great for is price matching,and i buy most of my electrical appliances from them. Myer are great at looking after the customer if anything goes wrong. My only concern is that you have to go searching for sales assistants. But a great store, lots of variety and specials everyday.

When I needed assistance there was no one around to help.The checkout counter only had one worker who was exceptionaly show.I wouldnt shop there again

Has a good and wide range of choice but its the high cost at the current economic situation that stops you from buying and lack of staff available to help you eats ups lots of time which could be well spent elsewhere.

This is a big Myer store with a large amount of stock. The women's fashions is almost always a mess though.

I went into this store with no knowledge what so ever concerning a Dvd Recorder, staff were helpful and were able to answer my questions,

satisfasctory , the only problem was that there service was lacking . The lighting was a bit dark in some places. I think they need to have less contrasting colours. The shop looks to full on !

they have a lot of good make up that comes with a free gift and their range is one of the biggest also they have make up artists that can do your make up for you for free

it's okay, staff were friendly enough but their sales are sometimes not so good, to get a dscount or voucher with your myer's card you have to spend $1000 which i think is a bit high.
