Popped by this afternoon to see if a winter knit was in store.. There were staff.. But we're all talking about their weekends and boys that they were sleeping with.. There's a time and a place for that kind of conversation. There was a very lovely girl in the Dangerfield section but aside from that.. Was not served or asked if I needed help.. Think I'll stick with Paramatta Myer.

I shopped there last week in the toy dep the staff was so helpful. I had trouble finding an item and had rang them to see if it was available , there was only one left and so they put it away for me . Great service! Very happy to shop here. Then I went to homewares dep and the staff once again went out of their way and helped me with some excellent advice on a yogurt maker. Thank you Myers Penrith!

Great shop full of good brands and good quality products. More expensive then your Kmart or big W but it stock better brands. It is often very difficult to find staff not only to ask a question but purchase items especially in the kitchen/homewares section!

We recently needed some new undergarment support for my wife at Myer in Penrith. It was so hard for the SINGLE staff member to cope as there were people waiting and my wife is disabled and needed extra assistance in the dressing room

They were good happy friendly staff, that looked to see if the item I wanted was at another store.

Myer penrith i dont rate myers highly i think this store is over priced and the customer service is poor. this store doesnt have much in the range of cd and dvds and toys. the only thing good about the store is the pefume department

can be quite expensive but has great quality. large assortment of products and applicable to all people of all ages. always current and up to date
