service has always been great at myer. store is huge and always clean and tidy with a lot of display counters and things to browse through. prices are high but that's Myers for ya, the escalators can get aBit annoying walking from one end to the next, but it's all worth it... all the exercise has gotta be good for the butt...

We made a purchase in the Electronics department. The service was great and very helpful. We had to bring an item back the next day due to it being faulty but the return transaction was smooth and we were given a replacement straight away.
