Even not able to get one Star, I have waited 1 and half hour to see the doctor, after booked a appointment, I asked receptionist she said you are the next patient doctor is with another patient, trust me doctor (Debasis Karanjai) was not with any patient he was doing some paperwork in the computer with one of their receptionist. They even not realizing that I was with baby and my was too much cranky, so guys if you have so much time to waste just go there other not recommend at all

Had a telephone consultation 1;30 appointment. Did not get a response. Rang twice about the appointment after 1:30. Told he is busy. I never got a call from the doctor. I have a torn ligamnet in my shoulder and I need medical assistance. I never got it. Shame shame shame.

Polite and caring reception team with excellent skilled and committed GPs and nursing team, convenient parking in the Westpoint shopping centre. Wonderful medical centre, best in Blacktown.
