Even though I didn’t get placed with Horizon but Jennifer went above and beyond to make me feel valued and secured me with a job interview.

I really wish I could give a better review for this Recruitment agency, unfortunately the way they handled themselves and the whole Recruitment process was very poor and unprofessional.

I applied for one of their job advertisements a few months ago for a role which was in my line of work, I received a phone call from one of the staff members to ask me a set of questions.
She seemed to be switched on.
Following to this call I received another call to advise me that I sounded great and to come in for a interview for the role I had applied for.

I went in for a interview was asked all the questions, met another Recruiter I thought it was too good to be true as everything went really smoothly and was given all positive feedback.

After my interview between leaving their office and going into a interview with the employer it all went down hill, I was told one thing and then I was presented with another it was all very unprofessional and upset me quite badly. I really lost confidence in this agency.

I have temped with many agencies over the years with some up's and down's, but never like this.

To this day I have not heard from them, even after I was told they would help me to find work.
