Poor quality work. Unable to match roots with blonde hair colour. Left roots a horrible ginger. Hairdresser suggested they would lighten over time...wt...? Never again. Worst colour job in over 20 years of getting colour services.

I went here because I got a Groupon deal to get Keratin straightening done. The staff were really vague and unhelpful. They seemed to have a very limited knowledge of hair products and were pushy for extra sales (insisting that I needed a trim when it had been done a few days earlier; still insisted even after I told them that). The Keratin treatment itself wasn't very good (used the correct products, only lasted 2 weeks).
