When was your business founded?

MyWork was founded in Brisbane in 2009. Since then, we've helped Australian businesses with web design, WordPress development, website support, digital marketing and Google Ads.

The guarantees and support provided depend on the service or project. We clearly outline the scope, inclusions and ongoing support arrangements before work begins, so clients know what is included. MyWork has been designing, developing and supporting websites since 2009. Our team has delivered more than 1,000 WordPress websites and works with Australian businesses across web design, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, website support, Google Ads, SEO and AI search optimisation.

It depends on the service. Website projects are generally quoted at a fixed project price based on the agreed scope. We also offer ongoing monthly services for website hosting and support, digital marketing and other services. Additional development and support work can be charged at our standard hourly rate where applicable. We provide pricing before work begins.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Pricing depends on the service and requirements. Our MyWork Lite website option starts from $121 inc GST per month with no setup fee, while custom website projects are quoted individually based on scope. What is your favourite thing about your job?

Helping businesses turn an idea or a problem into something that genuinely works for them. That might be launching a new website, improving an existing one, fixing a technical problem or helping generate more enquiries online. We also enjoy building long-term relationships with clients rather than disappearing once a website goes live.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Payment terms vary depending on the service. Website projects generally have an agreed payment schedule, while ongoing services are billed according to their individual plans. MyWork Lite is available monthly or annually. Full payment terms are provided before commencement.

MyWork Lite is designed for businesses needing a simple website quickly, with a target turnaround of around 48 hours once we have the required information and payment. We'll provide realistic timing before commencing any work.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One part of MyWork we're particularly proud of is the long-term website support side of the business. What began as a web design agency in 2009 has grown into an ongoing platform supporting a large number of Australian business websites.
