Cindy helped me to refinance my existing home loan. She did a terrific job, not only finding us a top value solution but was fantastic with her communication, to the point where she often chased me, where it was in my best interest to hurry up.
Bearing in mind that I had to break my existing fixed term loan to refinance, Cindy made it really easy - all I did was have a chat, look at some comparison options, email some docs, fill out some forms and that was it.
