i think this bank has the highest interest rate for term deposit or netbank at this moment, and they do offer free account for student, even though the staff is not many, but they render terrific service

A small but efficient office and friendly staff who are cheery and ready to help. There were more than adequte tables and chairs and they were stocked with the appropriate stationery and pens that actually worked.
