Valerie is friendly, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable of her service and machine.. I was diagnosed with calcified tendinitis in my right shoulder.. I was looking at surgery but after 8 sessions with Valerie I no longer require surgery and I have full use of my arm and shoulder..
