Well-located, affordable, friendly staff, and have helped me recover from months worth of damage done by another salon with SNS treatments. I don't know why anyone would keep going to the overpriced, uncaring, and often damaging salons inside Westfield and Eastgate when this place is a three minute walk away. Cannot recommend enough.

Super efficient but not rushed like at other places, the lady doing my nails was careful and gentle. The atmosphere is standard of your average low-cost nail salon, but everything was clean, I didn't experience any stinging cuticles afterwards like I have from surrounding salons.
Best manicure experience I've ever had, I paid $35 for a manicure and shellac.

I had acrylic nails done at this salon for about 2 years, until I went back to natural nails.
The price is fantastic and the location was really convenient for me at the time. I like that they are in the arcade near westfield so parking is easy but the salon is secluded enough to not feel like you're on display in a shop window.
All the girls who work in the salon are nice and polite. They will chat with you if you feel like it or let you read a magazine if that's what you prefer. They are very helpful and will do things like taking your card out of your wallet or opening the door for you if your nails are wet. They would even light a smoke for me after I stepped out of the shop! They always made me feel comfortable in their salon.
They do great work on nails and have a fairly wide selection of shades. They offer all kinds of services such as nail art and natural nail manicures but I've only ever had arylics done there.
They can get quite busy at times so it's better to make an appointment. If you don't they'll usually say come back in 30min to an hour and they'll fit you in then.
If I still had acrylics I would definitely go back there. I would recommend this salon to ayone needing nail services.
