They made such a mess of my nails and were quite rude. They didn’t file my nails evenly etc.

I’ve come here twice first time the lady was filing my nails and ended up filing my skin I was left with a deep cut and was in pain for a few days, didn’t return for a while then I was desperate and thought I’ll give them a go again and the same thing happened again today to a few of my fingers! I’ve been getting my nails for a very long time and this has never happened before so will not be returning under no circumstances.

Staff were rude. Nails were so over priced for quality. Towels and water were cold. Very quick and rushed. Not happy

I've been here a few times now its a little hit and miss with the staff there seems to be a big tune over in staff members there, so when you get use to someone the next time you go there gone, it's not relaxing even when getting a spa pedicure done but if you want it done quick then it's a good place to go.
