I was recommend to this salon by a few of my clients. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service I revived. I asked to have a Manicure and a pedicure. I had my manicure while my feet were bring done. I wa unable to relax and enjoy my service as I was holding the bowl of warm water for my fingers and reaching back and forth when the lady was finished with one hand. I stayed for 20 mins to allow my polish to dry and even had the rapid drip dry polish at an extra cost. My nail polish was painted on so thick that it wouldn't dry. I was so looking forward to a nice experience and now I'll never go back!!! There is room for improvement and there hygiene level needs to be lifted
