Having eaten at the other Nandos a few times we were excited to have one open nearer home. Unfortunately the experience was not one to bring us back.

We were initially ignored even though the girl on the counter looked at us there was not acknowledgment.

When we served it was by three giggling girls, the receipt printer didn't work which brought on another bought of laughter. We were told we didn't need a receipt even though we were ordering take a way. Then told it would be around 10 minutes.

We left to do a few jobs and returned within to find that there was a little confusion. Our order had already been picked up.

Fortunately the girl remembered us as we didn't have a receipt. There was no real apology we were just told that they would have to make it again as someone else had claimed our food before we got back.

The replacement didn't take very long to arrive and the food was very good however, the service experience means that we will never be returning.
