Nando's

Shoddy service. Badly trained front of house staff who had no idea what they were doing or what was going on. I booked a 7.45 pick up on line and as kept waiting for 40 minutes.l was told 5 more mins, 5 more mins ect ect. People who had small orders were coming in after me and getting food quicker eg, a guy with order number 89 got his food 20 minutes before my number 85 order. Will not be going to this Nandos again. And they almost forgot to give me my drinks.

I spent 6 months eating here at least 3 times a week and this is the best Nando's there is. The food has always been cooked perfect and the serving sizes are generous. It can be a little bit of a wait when it gets busy but its well worth it ! thumbs up

I have always found the food to be excellent and the service good although you can wait a little if they are busy. i do keep returning though as the food is fresh, the owner is pleasant and i have never had a problem at all - I've been a regular customer for over 5 years.

Really, I can sum this up in two words: 'Mouse' + 'Sighting'. Yes, there he was running around on the floor behind the counter.

We did let the Nandos staff aware of this but needless to say, we quickly left our meals half uneaten (after a 30-40 minute wait and COLD chips) and made a run for it. The manager didn't seem that interested and the place was pretty dirty. After all, we had plenty of time to take in the view, considering how long we waited for cold chips. I also got my meal 10 minutes before my husband, which meant I waited to finish it until he'd started. Being a fast food outlet, it's ironic that the service is so s-l-o-w. So my cold chips almost became frozen and that's when we saw our furry fast food friend. So we ended up leaving hungry and feeling slightly ill.

Sorry Nandos, you've lost this unhappy chicky!

Huge meals, great service, my child was going on about "I want a happy meal" The lady at the counter said "how about some flags"
Wow my son has been hooked ever since.

The food tastes incredible. Very fresh, top quality. The service is often lacking. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for our food, regardless of whether there was anyone in front of you or not.
