There is 1 regular staff member who seems to be the manager. She gets the food cooking and has to organise all the other staff and keep on their backs - maybe if she wasn't quite so pushy she could keep staff and have some experience in the store? I don't entirely blame her though seeing as the other staff are quite regularly very slow. Having said that, they are all very friendly which in my books makes up for the lack of experience. I've never waited less than 10 mins for an order, usually longer. The food is pretty good. 3 times I have ordered food for myself and another person with different bastings where the labels have either been wrong or non existant. I keep going back so it's not all bad.

great tasting food at reasonable prices. plenty of variety and you will always leave satisfied and with a full belly

smells great, nice customer service and nice big tables to eat at. tasty food, a little expensive but if your really hungry then its worth the money. easy to find, just out side the westfields shopping centre.
