love this place! Nandos always offers great fast food for you and your family upon request. The service is quite slow sometimes though but its worth the wait!

Expensive, but all Nandos stores are. It isn't often I feel unsafe in Australia, but this place was a bit scary (and I've been to the Bronx!). Some really dodgy characters in the place drinking alcohol.

Food was good, but watch your personal safety.

i went to get the porteguese burger and the girl was very friendly at the counter. I am currently pregnant and asked her whether the burger had mayo with egg yolk inside. she was very happy to check and advised me there was egg yolk in the mayo. When i sat down to eat i also choked on the chicken (too much chilli) and she was very happy to offer me class of water. This is what i call excellent customer service.

Bought a chicken for $16.50. Have purchased on many occasions before from them. It was the size of a QUAIL. I questioned this with the Manager of the store and was told that their menu stated you get a full chicken for $16.50 and that is what I got!!! Have since lodged a formal complaint to the Head Office of Nandos and got some professional service from them. It was unfortunate that one person can let down an idustry!
