very friendly service and great work done at great rates would recommend them as they are great the only one to service my car

Totally satisfied with the service I have received from Narangba Autos not to be confused with Narangba Auto Electrics and Engineering. Staff are friendly and they are careful to explain what they have done. My car runs very well.

I took my car in to these guys wanting my 90000k service done as it was nearing its service due date and so was I(pregnant). I thought I would rather have this done before bubs was born rather than later when I would be too busy. They informed me that this was quite an expensive service & I told them I was well aware of & prepared for that. They tried to charge me twice one of the parts & when I pointed it out, they blamed it on a new guy. Ever since getting my car back, I have had nothing but problems & embarrassment from it squealing for the 5mins every time I turn the ignition. This is coming from a 1 owner car that purred like a kitten beforehand. Yes...I have asked them to fix the problem & they responded in telling me that it was the new belts adjusting & that it should soon clear up on its own. It didn't... & upon complaining again, I can only assume they pretended to fix it, because it is still terrible. The only positive thing I can say about these guys is that they did drop me home(5mins around the corner)
