I'm so disgusted by the service here. I booked the appointment and was forced to leave $100 deposit and was told that i had 3 days to cancel. I called literally the next day to cancel (my appointment is in 4 days) and they now are telling me the deposit is non-refundable!!!! They neglected to mention this when I made the appointment and misled me to believe that it will be refunded. Don't know why they feel the need to take people's money for no service if they are such a great salon!!!!
