After losing my bank card, I went into the bank slightly upset with the knowledge that I would have to purchase another card. However this was not true, I was informed by the service attendant that their was no fee. During this time, he also inquired about my time at UTAS. We both had been Business Students so had a lot to talk about in a very friendly and genuine manner. (I may have bored him by constantly talking about the influence of Marketing but he was polite enough that I didn't notice at all!!! :)

Good value account. No fee for regular uses (ATM, branch help, etc.). Happy with quality of customer service provided. Professional level of customer service is key.

Staff here are always friendly,helpful,don't mind taking time to fully explain details to you.Reason I choose this bank above others is mainly due to fact NAB do not charge monthly fees to customers receiving certain Centrelink payments-a huge plus.Check your local NAB bank for details regarding Accounts and Centrelink payments.Seems to offer better services than some other banks.
