Absolutely Hopeless, This company absolutely will not go out of their way to help you with any extra issues you might have in regards to after sale service. I have had dealings with this business before and they are a rip-off. I love my car even though I paid too much for it, but they are absolutely pathetic in after sales service, everything is too hard for them or they just produce poor quality results. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM EVER AGAIN

We bought our Kia Sorrento here 18 months ago. Whilst we love the car, it's been tricky to get consistent after sale service. Some of the guys seem to care, but other fob me off as if I've made the problem up, like fuel economy. The services on the car are generally well done, however, a bit sloppy at times, with oil not washed off, etc. Also, it wouldnt hurt to give a complimentary car clean every now and then, when I'm paying that much for 'the experience'. An area to sit and wait and have a cuppa would also be nice. I turned up to get my car and it needed something else doing to it, and on a 35 degree day a glass of water would've been nice.
