NLV creates and manages Lifestyle Communities for those who are "too young, fit, and active for a retirement home". The Villages are in WA but will soon expand into the Eastern States. Customers buy their home from NLV and rent the land for a small weekly fee which includes all rates & services.
The communities are exactly that - communities, but with resort-style facilities like cinemas, swimming pools, gym, squash courts, tennis courts, internet kiosks, etc. Wonderful concept!!
