I took my mother in law in after seeing a doctor for an allergy she had for weeks. The pharmacist did not explain how to apply the ointment. My mother in law is in her 70's and it needs to be explained thoroughly for her to understand. After spending 3 mins of trying to explain it to her which also made no sense to myself he said 'Just do what I have said, that's all', then walked away! she was still confused and it was not like the store was busy. As there was only 1 other person waiting for medication.
The sales lady also made a comment saying 'You have to do it if you want to get better"...Well that is why I dragged her to the Doctor!. We refuse to go back.

Great service, certainly not the cheapest pharmacy around but close to home and convenient. Does offer specials to members. Friendly team, efficient service.

The staff are friendly and if you visit often, they remember your (and in my case) my daughter's name. Cost efficent with discounts availale daily. Expert Pharmasist's available at all times. Will print information for you.
