zero star would be more accurate. Was denied a claim cause the part of clutch that broke wasn't covered. WTH? clutch is covered but not the whole thing?

Not even worth 1 star ..The worst Warranty company ever ! If you are offered this warranty with your used car Don't accept it, They are Very rude & Don't honor any work needed, Its no wonder they've had a class action lawsuit against them in Australia, the warranty isnt worth the paper its written on...Dodgy & grubby company

If I could give no stars I would. This company has had 6 months to accept the claim to fix me car. I haven’t had a driveable car in 11 months and have 2 kids and no transport! I am gutted they took almost $4000 of my
Money for a service they can NOT provide. What a waste of money

Approximate cost: $4000

Terrible company. Their warranties are disgressional so whether they accept any claim is completely at their digression making their warranties not worth the paper they are written on. They also only pay a fixed amount for repairs that doesn't even cover the cost of having it fixed. They are sold by car yards as a piece of mind for buyers when actually they are utterly useless.

I recently received a full refund from National Warranty Company for the dud policy I was sold. I used a template letter from demandarefund.com.au, sent it to Presidian (the company that owns NWC) and within two weeks had a refund.

I couldn't believe it, as I (unitnetionally) bought policy back in 2013. The page is run by a group of lawyers from the Consumer Action group, who were available to follow up on my behalf if need be. Hit them up if you've EVER taken out a dud warranty!

Approximate cost: $1600

Upon buying this warranty, the terms and conditions were to send them an invoice of the major service (6m or 10k, 3m or 5k), mine was the former. Anyway I tried to uploading them online but my details can't be found. So I gave them a week then tried it again. Still no progress. Two weeks and still no record that I bought their "extended warranty". Called them up and guess what they said..."wait for a week...it usually takes a while". It's been two weeks. It's been more than a month now and nothing is being done about it. I WANT MY 250 DOLLARS BACK. I talked to my mechanic and he says what is "covered" in the warranty is not worth your money and in order to qualify you have to meet certain conditions.

WORST WARRANTY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Approximate cost: $250

All I can say is thank goodness this extended warranty cover came free with my car....I would not have paid for it. It really only covers things that would probably never happen to a car you have just purchased & there are lots of exceptions & requirements like having car serviced every 6 months & sending them the invoice within x amount of days of having it done... I had an issue with my cars heater not working & they would not cover whatever needed to be done to have it fixed, they only cover the "air conditioning" parts...would not pay to have this cover...read the PDS/website very closely before a dealer gets you to sign up.

This 'mob' are a "rip off". If you're offered a (so called) Warranty for your car - and it's from them - demand the car dealer give you the amount they will pay for the (so called) warranty OFF the price of the vehicle. YOU will be better off. This company is a JOKE - and I'd suggest you NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.

Approximate cost: $1000
