On a weekend away in Canberra our car blew a hose fitting. We were broken down by the side of the road in 31 degree heat with our two dogs in the back and with me four months pregnant. To say it was stressful is an understatement. Trent saved the day, literally. He stayed open late to help us and then helped arrange a hire car. He let the dogs in the office, turned the air-conditioning on and even gave them water. Trent is a rare species - an honest mechanic and person of integrity. I would absolutely recommend him.

Driving from Melbourne to Sydney on a weekend I found my radiator appeared to be leaking, and coolant was low. The local dealer directed to me Natrad / Everlast in Kembla St Fyshwick. I was so pleased they did. The service from Trent Exposito was wonderful - he began working on the car before opening hours, changed the radiator cap, then tested the whole system thoroughly, and then tested it again. He was knowledgeable and kept me fully informed throughout, and then charged me less than the three coffees and muesli I (with my family) had nearby while waiting.
