James is awesome!!! He really took the time to explain everything. Compared to other mortgage brokers we've had, he knew all the details, ins and outs and what the best play was to guide us through the process. He customer service and responsiveness was amazing. The banks had automated SMS's and he'd often notify us before them or at the same time. He's really on his game. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
