I'd highly recommend using James as your next mortgage broker. I was originally speaking directly with banks, but found it hard to find a loan that met all the requirements. When I first contacted James we did an hours zoom call on a Saturday. Once we found a property, James was very quick in arranging a pre-approval with a super quick turn around. He also secured a great fixed rate before the hikes! His service and dedication is unparralelled and was key in us getting a great property in the Eastern Suburbs.

James has been very helpful towards all our applications and willing to work with our busy work schedule. He go through the paperwork with us and find the best offer in the market. We don't have the 20% as a down payment but he manage to find one without the LMI which save us $10K++.
He follow up with the bank till the last day of the settlement to ensure everything complete.
I would gladly recommended him to anyone and I already did recommend my mates to him and they were surprise how quick he call him back.
