I am writhing this after having couple of bad experience with the clinic receptionist. Every time I had a problem with the appointment time, she is very reluctant to help and the other time she cancelled the appointment completely. The canclled appointment was kept for my son at the request from the clinic on 26th May. Nurse advise me to keep the appointment urgently but the receptionist said that it is only a follow up appointment and you can keep it after the doctor returns from holidays after three weeks. I didn’t know that receptionist could give clinical advice because I had the copy of my son’s blood test and I knew it was not good. I asked her whether I can leave my phone number for doctor to give me a call back she said she cannot. At the time of the incident the doctor was there in the clinic. She was very rude and talked to the customers without respect.
I think customer care in Nedlands Medical Center is very poor and I am so disappointed with the clinic I am moving away. Even though, the clinic has good doctor but unfortunately staffs are not patient friendly.
