Amazing! Had my tenants call last night to say hot water system was leaking badly. We called Terry who answered his phone, late on a Sunday night, and said he would be there to look at it the next day (today!) So by the end of the day he had not only had he been to have a look, he had replaced the hot water system and did it all for a great price. Excellent service, excellent price. I will recommend him to everyone, evn though I have a plumber in the family!!!!

After some initial problems with scheduling the end result was just great. Terry and team will receive all my future work. Quoted a fair price compared to many others in the industry who wanted $$$ just to come out and quote on work, and then their price was just too high for what I needed done. If you use Terry you will not be disappointed with him. I agree with the other reviews on this page and I am glad I took other peoples advice and used him.

Highest recommendation for this company. I called them at 10am in the morning to say that a hot water system on our investment property needed replacing, they returned my call within 1 1/2 hours to say they had looked at the system and to advise the action they would be taking, and let me know a brand new water heater would be installed immediately. Such efficient service, and impeccable customer service is highly valued. Also the cost I was given was at least $200.00 cheaper than the nearest quote I had received. Thank you so much, I will definately be saving your number for next time we need a plumber.
