Nelson Bay RSL

My family and I came here on a Friday night. It was very busy, but there was great friendly service, affordable meals and the food came out fast.

The kids loved the play area and their food!

Over all we had a Great experience.

I dined at the bay brasserie inside here recently and ordered the half a mornay lobster with salad and chips. It was delicious and very reasonably priced for lobster! The portion was generous and we didn't have to wait too long for the food to be ready even though it was quite a busy night there. They also have a gelato bar which was really yummy too with lots of toppings to choose from and very good prices.

Great bistro for families with fast service, fresh food and plenty of seating. Very popular play area for children 6 and under. Prices are very reasonable and membership is worth getting for the additional discounts. The staff are friendly and helpful.

a great place to have a cheap meal,they have renovated and looks good and you feel relaxed,the staff are great and helpfull its also busy when schoolholidays so go early for lunch

I just love RSLs, so I was very impressed with Nelson Bay. I did go a couple of years ago and everything is just amazing. Nice people, good food.

Great modern RSL to visit, recent upgrades and work continuing in bistro. Even though this work was going on the rsl still managed to provide high quality services with no disruption to day to day activity. Lovely place to visit.

A small group went for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The renovations gave a good & cosy atmosphere, the staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive, and the food was cheap and cheerful.

We went away to Shoal Bay and went to a few different place to eat. The RSL was the best place around. Cheep food with a huge variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It made our last day up there very enjoyable.
