I Would not recommend this builder to anyone for anything! Should be zero stars for this builder!
So many issues with our build! He would get the cheapest product he could find. got different doors ($20 saving) the power points need to be changed poor quality and we have no hbcf insurance. So no building warranty!
He said he applied for the Sydney water section 73 they had no record of it being applied for. So we had to it when it should of been one of the first things to be do.
we are left to fix any problems we find.
The bathroom nothing in that room is where it should be! + the door get stuck!
One of the most dishonest person I've ever had to deal with. Quick to take your money! We had a 12 week schedule we are now at week 31 of the Nemfel group granny flat build.
So if you are looking for a builder I would recommend looking elsewhere!
He has also blocks our phone numbers Emails and on social media so we can't contact him to get defects fix. Look for another builder this one doesn't have a trade!
Now we have problems with the pergola! they built leaks when it rains from where it joins to the fascia of the house so we are left to fix this because he hasn't replied to our emails
