Do not order with this company !!! they provide sub standard products complete with defects. You will be told " its the manufacturers fault " and if you speak with the owner of the business you will be told " you are not dealing with someone from a current affair, you know "...what business owner says that to a customer ? ! you guessed right nepean blinds dont care about you only getting your 80% upfront. I see they have removed their facebook business page because of all the negative reviews, might give 2GB a call and let them know that they are endorsing a Company that do not stand by their products and do not provide service that you would expect from any decent reputable sydney company. i am still waiting 4 months later for them to fix the defects, what a absolute joke they are...i will name and shame them as much as i can on all internet forums so someone else will not be blind sided by these mugs.. karen P.

They had the blinds I wanted in exactly the colour I wanted. The price was dropped as there was a delay in the consultation therefore they compensated adequately for the inconvenience. The installation was completed efficiently at a time to suit me.
