Horrible service. I had to take my dog in there because my normal groomer was on holidays. When I got him back they had shaved the dogs coat completely off (even after I gave them a photo) and blamed me for it because apparently the dogs coat was matted. The dogs coat was not matted they were just lazy and probably were trying to make more money by halving the time it took to groom my dog, so they could fit an extra dog in. To top it off, the person that works there then sent me messages saying 'poor dog' along with a photo and video that were the size of a pea. I would recommend sending your dogs anywhere but here as these people are only out to make quick and easy money and have no care for the dogs that they groom. Disgraceful service, not recommended at all!

Have been talking my babies there for yrs. we've received nothing but great service and would recommend anyone to them. Keep up the great work Tony and team.

my 2 fur babies get the BEST at this place! After their fur is fluffy and white, their paw-nails are clipped, they have the cutest little themed bow on their head and when they come out the door they look like prise pups with their heads up high!
