My son's laptop had stopped working. Nick was able to quickly resolve the problem with the operating system and explain the solution in easy to understand language. I would not hesitate in going back for any future IT problems.

Nick from Nerdcore was very thorough when examining my laptop. He explained the problems and options to remedy them in layperson speak & quoted on the job. Fast & reasonably priced. Will definitely be going there again if I have any IT issues & would happily recommend to anyone.

Cooked Hard drive replaced by another repairer who also indicated that all data was lost, on connecting up at home new hard drive also cooked. Took my tale of woe to Nick at Nerdcore in Hughesdale and with wonderful customer service he explained lots of things to me in terms I could understand, installed a new drive, retrieved all of my "lost" data and made me very happy. Well done Nick - it's good to find people who know what they are about.
